Ki Mexico in Shreveport

If you are ready for authentic mexican food this is a must! Not to mention everything is fresh made with fresh ingredients. This place has it all. Great service,drinks,atmosphere.

This is the second time i've been. Service was great and food was amazing. Ki' Mexico, stands for the flavor of Mexico. And let me tell you, they deliver! The way these sopes and elote where made, makes me know that any dish I order will be delicious

If I were Mexican, this place would make me feel like my Mexican grandma was cooking for me. Don't be afraid to try new things here because it is all amazing (i.e. cactus, octopus, any strange and exotic thing they can get their hands on). The chef is a connoisseur of soups so if you go in Wednesday through Saturday, be sure to try a big bowl of it plus a taco. You will leave so full and satisfied. I stick to the draft beer, but their version of a bloody mary or a micholada is out of this world. Brunch: get everything with an egg on it, get drunk, and go home and sleep. Pure ecstasy served grilled in a tortilla to order.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! Service was outstanding, food was delicious & delivered quickly. Nice atmosphere whether you sat inside or outside.

Love the food and drinks here, they always have delicious special dishes and great customer service. Definitely recommend the Tofu Gringa Taco or Spicy Tortuga de Pollo

Best Mexican food I've ever had! Love the guacamole show! I normally wouldn't touch guacamole, but here, I scrape the bottom of the bowl. The cactus tacos are so amazing and the fresh salsa can be bought in jars and taken home. Great selection of local beers and a family environment keep this place hopping day and night. The staff are always happy and smiling and the owners are committed to quality and a positive customer experience. 11/3/18. Update, it's still the best food in town hands down! The staff is always real friendly, and very helpful at Ki'Mexico. The food always fresh and served in a timely manner. Love the corn. And their variety of salsa is on point. It's a nice quite atmosphere. My girls and I always go during the day when they are in town.

The hibiscus tea, street corn and gringa tacos are all amazing! Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely loved it! First time and my husband and I loved the atmosphere, live music, prompt and courteous service and most of all the food was delicious! We will be back soon!

Very friendly host and servers, and honestly the best tacos I've ever had. I recommend the pork taco, I forgot what it was called on the menu. Also their cocktails are delicious.

If you haven't been here, well, you are WRONG!! FOOD is out of this world! They serve locally grown/ harvested produce and meat. They also have live music and local craft beers. The owners and staff are awesome!! BEST tacos, all the food is incredible and I had the spicy Ramen for the first time last night, it was PHENOMENAL!!!

Delicious, eccentric tacos. They’re very creative with their ingredients. The elote was great, would be better with a little Tajín.

Ki Mexico is a great all around hang out spot with serious food for serious foodies. Bring you family, your friends, or just go sit at the bar and soak in the rustic/sophisticated atmosphere. As a local, I love when local businesses support other local businesses and from food to drink, Ki leaves no local leaf unturned.

I liked it a lot. The staff was great. The bartender saw that I was struggling with what to order and he went out his way to help me order my chicken quesadilla without mushrooms. It was very good. Than the cook came out the kitchen to see if I liked it. Thank you.

I've always enjoyed what I order here. Today, I tried the seasonal salad with shrimp, and the butternut squash soup. Both were scrumptious!

Delicious and adorable! I think it's also authentic! There is a vegan option which is wonderful. The environment is great. The only thing I wish is that I wasn't just passing through!

Really great fresh Mexican food. The taco selections are diverse and authentic. A good place for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. House margarita with Hibiscus is delicious. Do NOT pass up the flan or the guacamole show.

Ki Mexico had a great atmosphere and absolutely wonderful staff. There was no wait time and the food was ready in record time. The food had great flavor and was a tad bit spicy. Overall it was a great experience however the food was not my cup of tea. I would highly recommend trying this place. Although I didn't like the food, you may love it. We all have different tastebuds.

This is a very casual place. Menu is a la cart. You order single tacos, quesadillas, sides, etc. They have specials too. You place your order at the front counter and leave your tip there. Your meal is delivered to whichever table you choose to sit. Service was fast and friendly. They checked on us often. We ordered a sauce sampler that came with avocado dip and chips. The sauces was very small but the avocado dip made up for that. We all got different tacos which were good, then split a dessert. I heard they have live music at night.

Trendy Mexican Fare! What a treasure for Shreveport. And it couldn't be a better family doing it all. Large tacos. The salmon tostada is one of my favorites. Nice brunch. Great bar too.

Every once in a while you run across a true gem on the road of life. This is one of them. No seriously. It really is. I’d fly in to eat here if I had to. The drive from dallas to Atlanta just got 10 times better.

Ordering food from this place is anxiety-inducing. Definitely seemed more like a bar atmosphere than a restaurant one. It was incredibly crowded trying to find a table, trying to order food from the front counter, and again to order from the bar. The food was not good enough to make up for the stress that came with ordering it. Thankfully, the entire staff was super friendly and helpful when we seemed completely lost. We were walked through the entire menu thoroughly, and every staff member acknowledged us and made sure to help us through the ordering process.

Food tasted fresh and I loved all the different salsas.

Best tacos in the area! They are so fresh! The pablano is our absolute favorite! Even my picky 5 yr old loves it! Just go there. It is soo worth it!

Had to eat outside and tea was not very good. Taco was good and rice was acceptable.

Always fantastic and everyone is passionate. Jessica is ready to help as soon as you walk through the door. Frederico and Dustin are always killing it behind the bar, even when they are getting their teeth kicked in they always have a second to say hello and make sure you feel welcomed. Exactly what Shreveport needs.

I am working my way down the menu and so far I have not been dissapointed. Fresh and delicious. They have the best shrimp tacos I've had in my life!

These tacos were so good! We got the gringa, cochinita, biste, and the brunch lamb tacos. Flavors were amazing and balanced. My favorite was the cochinita! And I love the spice level they achieve - - perfection!

Ki 'Mexico has the most unique and delicious food I've experienced at a Mexican food restaurant. Not only is the food good, the staff is friendly , helpful and attentive. By far my favorite restaurant of this cuisine.

Tacos were lovely with the pickled onions and perfectly seasoned pork shoulder. Also, the soup took me deep across the border. Leeks with pine nuts and Feta cheese..Wow!

This is a premier taco place in Shreveport; when you walk in you can immediately place your order at the counter but I usually take a menu and go sit down to peruse what they have. I've visited twice and both times it was almost wall-to-wall people. The food is just that good. Nice bright light, atmospheric, local talent acoustic sets, family friendly. I am picky about fresh food so definitely worth the five star rating!

The atmosphere was cool but the menu was all over the place. If your looking for traditional tacos, this isn't the place for you. The tacos were pretty good but I felt like they were trying to be something more than tacos. Just let them be tacos. The rice and beans were strange with the rice being green and the beans were black beans, not traditional refried. Also they were very bland. Probably won't go back, but the food was ok I guess.

Okay I love this restaurant, the poblano taco is the best taco Ive ever had anywhere in my life. But I don’t understand why they cant sell bags of tortilla chips??? You have to buy a “guacamole show” which is over $10 or an entire jar of salsa if you want some tortilla chips. That’s ridiculous. Please fix this issue

Tacos are amazing but they don't have anything but that and don't have queso but salsa is good and atmosphere is great. So be in mood for great tacos and salsa and your I won't be let down
